This Platform is an internal operational tool intended for:
- Property booking management
- Guest coordination
- Maintenance scheduling
- Check-in and check-out workflows
- Internal reporting and analytics
It is not a public booking website or a consumer-facing payment system.
Access to the Platform is restricted to:
- Authorized employees
- Approved contractors
- Designated operational users
Users must use the Platform solely for legitimate business purposes.
Users agree to:
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Enter accurate and complete information
- Avoid unauthorized data access or modification
- Follow internal security and usage policies
The Platform may log activity for:
- Security auditing
- Performance monitoring
- Operational improvement
Monitoring is limited to business use and is conducted in compliance with applicable laws.
The Platform does not impersonate any bank, payment processor, or financial institution. It will never request banking passwords, card PINs, or one-time passwords (OTPs).

Equisource Holdings reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to the Platform if:
